Older Adults

What services does CLA offer older adults?

CLA offers services to older adults through our Case Management, Support Brokering, Behavioral Health and Medical Assistance Personal Care (MAPC) programs. Services include:

  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Bathroom assistance
  • Housekeeping
  • Laundry
  • Meals
  • Nurse-delegated tasks such as mechanical lift transfers, G-tube feeding, catheter care, etc.
  • Individual in home counseling
  • Therapeutic client groups
  • Service facilitation for adults
  • Support brokering
Seniors

Depending on program eligibility, services for older adults may also funded through IRIS, through CLA Contracted Supportive Home Care and Personal Care Programs or Supported Living Programs.

CLA Care Solutions offers an alternative for individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid.

How we help:

  • Community Living Alliance will recruit, train and supervise workers in your home.
  • If you prefer, you may refer a family member or friend to be hired as your personal care worker. All PCW applicants must pass the CLA screening process.
